Returns & Refunds
Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 14 days of receipt.
Please quote your order number and state if you would like a refund or exchange.

TweedySmith will not be responsible for the postage costs of returning your item(s)
and so you should return them via a tracked delivery method. Please note that we
shall not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us or are damaged in
transit, without proof of posting from your shipper.
Please return your item(s) in the original packaging where possible.
Your item(s) must be in new, unused and unwashed condition.
If you want an exchange but the alternative product isn’t available, then a refund will be given instead.
